ballots and a broken pencil
Are you prepared to vote?

With the current election, San Franciscans have the opportunity to answer important questions, some new, mostly old: how to tackle the affordability crisis, fund affordable housing, and keep Muni running, all while deciding whether Mayor Daniel Lurie should get more control over City Hall. Other measures would establish a framework for a public bank, redirect real property sales taxes toward housing, and reopen the Great Highway to cars on weekdays.

Here’s a quick, clean, and non-endorsement-laden guide to them, what they do, and a sampling of local groups’ positions on them. Print it out or keep it on screen as you fill out your ballot — whether at home or in the polling booth. Download and share with your friends!
