Our mission

Our mission is simple: to provide sensible content that brings clarity, and ushers in a new era of safety, housing, and prosperity for San Francisco.

Launched in April 2024, we fill a crucial void in journalism by offering essential news and investigative pieces that spark meaningful conversations. At The Voice of San Francisco, we amplify the unheard, challenge prevailing narratives, and shed light on important community issues.

Join us on this journey to make a positive impact on our city and beyond. Your support is critical in building a better, more informed future for residents and visitors alike. Together, let’s cut through the noise and restore sanity to San Francisco.

Cofounders Earl Adkins and Susan Dyer Reynolds are veterans of decades of Bay Area media, ranging from print magazines to radio to newspapers. They have assembled a team of veteran and citizen journalists to provide a new voice for San Francisco.
